User Manager Section:
Administration function that provides the ability to:

  • add and delete users

  • assign usernames and passwords

  • assign authorities within the system

  • categorize users by vendor, department and otherwise

Item Data Section:
Data section where all information related to parts, products and services is stored and used for reference. This section is used as a reference point throughout the system.

Obsolescence Claim Section:
An interactive section where clients issue, manage and process claims against product that is obsolete or transferred from one vendor to another.

Flyers/Line Accumulations Section:
Clients issue notifications to vendors and place a value to minor non-conformances found within their system.

Bid History Section:
A searchable log to review a vendor or part history of bidding within the system.

Various Logs:
Current searchable logs for sections in use. Additional logs may be added through customization or new releases.
