Clients issue notifications to vendors and place a value to

Bid History Section:
A searchable log to review a vendor or part history of bidding
within the system.

Current searchable logs for sections in use. Additional logs may
be added through customization or new releases.
Library/Bulletin Board Service:
An area to post informational documents, vendor related
documents and other general documents that clients would like
users to be able to access.
Vendor Profile Section:
A form that collects data for each unique vendor within the
system.
Engineering Change Request Section:
An interactive form where users can initial requests for change
and clients can provide feedback responses to those requests.
Non-conformance Capturing and Reporting Structure:
An interactive section where clients issue notifications to
vendors regarding non-conformances found within their system.
The users exchange information regarding root cause
investigation and actions towards solving problems.
Request for Quote Section:
An interactive section where products and/or services are put
out to tender on which users can competitively bid.
Part Approval Section:
An interactive section where clients can request data regarding
parts and users can provide documents, comments and submissions
for approval for use.
